Role Overview
Act as a consultant for a large print and packaging company looking to establish a new manufacturing operation in the Printed Folded Carton market.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and write a comprehensive business plan for the new enterprise.
* Advise on plant equipment, machinery and infrastructure to achieve profitable production.
* Analyse complex operational problems and devise strategic solutions.
* Collaborate with senior executives to align resources with mission‑critical objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven track record of driving business outcomes in manufacturing or operations.
* In‑depth understanding of plant equipment and staffing requirements for carton manufacturing.
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
* Experience in business planning and implementation of operational strategies.
