The Role
A school officer provides administrative and clerical support, acts as a first point of contact, and helps with the day-to-day operations of a school. Their duties include managing student records which may include attendance/enrolments, handling reception and enquiries, assisting with financial processes, and supporting staff with administrative tasks to ensure the school runs efficiently. These duties may include clerical duties for Specialist Programs and/or Student Services/Library Services.
Suitable applicants will ideally have a friendly, positive, and caring attitude and possess the qualities to promote excellence within our school and to interact with students, parents, and the wider community.
