Customer Service Advisor – Dinnington
Major recruitment are currently working in partnership with a leading wholesale company who are looking to expand their customer service team on a permanent basis with a Customer Service Advisor.
The successful candidate will be working within a team of 3 customer service advisor and will be reporting directly to the manager of the team.
Key areas of responsibility:
* Placing customer orders
* Managing emails
* Taking payments over the phone
* Dealing with queries
* Taking phone calls and live chat conversations from existing and new potential customers.
* Providing advice and guidance on products whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate:
* Must have sales and customer service experience
* Must be a team player
* Must be computer literate
* Must have good written and verbal communication skills

This role is working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 16:30pm paying an annual salary of £24,000. This role also comes with 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays and will increase with length of service within the business
