Your Role as Deputy Care Manager
* Support the Care Manager in delivering a person-centred care service
* Lead and mentor a team of Support Workers
* Drive high standards in care planning, safeguarding, and behavioural support
* Help prepare for CQC inspections and ensure compliance
* Work closely with families, external agencies, and professionals
* Promote a safe, positive, and nurturing environment that encourages independence
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Deputy or Manager in a CQC-regulated setting
* Strong background in delivering person-centred care
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management – Adult Care (or working towards)
* A genuine passion for high-quality care and personal development
* Leadership skills to inspire and support your team
