About the role As Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our Production Workshop in Hook. Youll oversee site operations, ensure performance targets are met, and maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment.
Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Manager will include:
Drive productivity and team performance
Lead by example to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are upheld
Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Support, guide, and develop your team to achieve excellence
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Production Director
Ensure the workshop remains well-organised, compliant, and customer-focused
Skills and experience required as a Bodyshop Manager: Were seeking a hands-on leader with a strong background in automotive repair and a passion for high standards. Youll bring:
5+ years of experience in a bodyshop or automotive environment
Proven people management and leadership skills
Expertise in modern repair techniques and quality assurance
A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
