Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Door Supervisor located on-site in Rochester. The Door Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the premises, checking IDs, managing crowd control, and handling any incidents that may arise. The role requires excellent customer service skills to provide a welcoming experience for guests while ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
* Security, site protection, and door supervision skills
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Experience in crowd control and incident management
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
* Relevant certifications and licenses, such as SIA Door Supervisor License
* First aid certification is a plus
