People Advisor – London (hybrid)

As a People Advisor you will support employees and managers across YOOBIC’s UK, France and US teams, acting as a trusted HR partner and delivering a positive, high‑performing employee experience across the organisation.
You Will
* Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters for individual contributors and mid‑level managers.
* Manage and support employee relations cases including performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, absence management and workplace concerns.
* Provide guidance and coaching to managers on handling people issues and performance conversations.
* Partner closely with the Global Head of People on complex or sensitive employee relations cases.
* Ensure ER documentation and processes are managed accurately and in line with employment legislation.
Global HR Processes
* Manage the global probation process across the UK, France and US, ensuring reviews are completed and feedback is provided.
* Support administration of employee benefits, acting as point of contact for employee queries and coordinating with external providers.
* Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS, including job changes, salary updates and organisational changes.
* Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal moves and off‑boarding.
* Maintain HR documentation and ensure policies remain up to date and compliant.

You will contribute to broader People initiatives, including performance review cycles, employee engagement and culture programmes across our global teams.
Who You Are
You are an HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and employees to support a positive, high‑performing workplace.
You Likely Bring
* 3–5 years of experience as an HR Advisor, People Advisor or HR Generalist.
* Strong employee relations experience, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management cases.
* Experience advising managers on people management and employee relations matters.
* Solid understanding of UK employment law.
* Experience working with HRIS systems and HR data management.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Confidence working independently while partnering with senior HR leadership.
* Experience working in a fast‑paced or scaling organisation.
Exposure to international or multi‑country HR environments is a plus.
