The Organisational Development, Strategy and Governance Team sits within the Neighbourhood Services Directorate, overseeing performance management, service planning, communications, Business Continuity, and risk.
We need high-quality performance management information to provide effective business intelligence to inform our decisions and evidence how we are supporting the delivery of the Council Plan. To do this, we are looking for someone with experience in using and creating performance dashboards on PowerBi to develop their use across the Directorate.
The role will also include providing reliable and timely data and analysis to support the Neighbourhood Services directorate and to support specific data analysis tasks and projects as identified by Neighbourhood Services.
We are looking for someone who adopts a proactive and forward-thinking approach, has excellent analytical and data skills, and can present performance information in an innovative and creative way.

Full-time employees work 37 hours per week for 52 weeks a year, and we offer a generous holiday entitlement. We are open to discussing a wide range of flexible working opportunities, including reduced-hour contracts, part-time work, or job sharing, to benefit both you and the Council.
If appointed, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide pay slip evidence that your basic pay exceeds the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
