Salary: GBP 42,000 : GBP 48,000 + Excellent Overtime
Hours: Monday:Friday, 08:00:17:00
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a reputable FM service provider, supporting a mixed portfolio of commercial sites across Crawley. This role offers a great blend of independence, variety, and strong earning potential thanks to consistent overtime availability.
Role Overview You will deliver both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, covering a broad range of mechanical, electrical, and building services equipment, including:
Mechanical and HVAC Systems
: HVAC plant and associated systems
: Boilers, burners, and combustion plant
: Pumps, valves, pipework, and water systems
Electrical and Building Services
: Electrical distribution
: Lighting and small power
: General fault:finding and minor electrical tasks
Requirements
: NVQ Level 3 Mechanical qualification (or equivalent)
: City and Guilds in a relevant building services discipline
: Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within commercial environments
: Competency across electrical and fabric tasks
: Full UK driving licence
