As a Customer Advisor working in one of our standalone stores, you’ll provide the very best shopping experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders.
Eligibility:
1. You must be above the school-leaver age in your country
2. You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
3. Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.
What you’ll be doing:
4. Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
5. Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
6. Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
7. Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
