Overview
We are a large care company that maintains a warm family feel, with strong support networks including supervision, coaching, and mentoring for our staff. We keep our homes small to provide a personal touch and a person-centred approach for each person who lives with us. We encourage feedback from staff to help us grow and stay connected with the hands-on care we provide.
Newhaven is a registered care home with 6 beds, where residents receive support from a friendly, kind staff team. We are looking to hire committed and compassionate staff to join our friendly, professional team, whether you have experience or not. We offer an NVQ upon passing probation.
