Responsibilities
* Carrying out outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients.
* Qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns and assessing their suitability.
* Arranging meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
* Maintaining and updating the HubSpot CRM with accurate lead information and activity notes.
* Working closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
* Keeping up to date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and company offerings.
* Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, ideally within the IT / SaaS industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to confidently engage with prospects.
* Proficiency in HubSpot CRM software (or similar) for efficient lead tracking and management.
* Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
