Overview
Wales, there's loads of room to grow. Many of our team have built amazing careers doing what they love, helping customers day-to-day and making people feel good. We're proud to be a workplace where everyone is welcome, valued, and supported to thrive because when our team reflects the communities we serve, we all grow stronger together.
If you like talking to people, this is the role for you. We understand that engaging with customers and colleagues is not always easy and may require experience. We will provide training to be a successful Lifeguard, and we believe employing people from diverse backgrounds strengthens our team. Some may be in their first job and need more support from colleagues.
In the role of Lifeguard, you will ensure the best levels of service for our customers by offering friendly, clean, and safe facilities. You don't need to be an Olympic Gold Medalist, but you must be able to swim competently. If you need extra coaching to reach the required level, one of our swim teachers will support you to improve.
