Duties
As a Call Centre Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with a range of enquiries, including:
Providing friendly and efficient support to customers over the phone.
Resolving queries around mobile phone, broadband, and TV services.
Offering technical troubleshooting and guidance on connectivity issues.
Assisting customers with billing questions and account updates.
Helping customers get the best from their services by identifying suitable products, upgrades, and add-ons.
Working to achieve individual and team targets, including service quality and customer satisfaction.
Logging and updating customer records accurately using internal systems.
.Delivering a professional and positive customer experience at all times.
Criteria
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment (ideal but not essential)
Excellent communication and listening skills.
A friendly and confident telephone manner.
A genuine desire to help people and go the extra mile.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Tech-savvy with basic IT skills and the ability to navigate systems.
Results-driven, with the motivation to meet and exceed targets.
Basic salary of £25,000 - £26,000 per annum.
