Your role will be based at Saltwater Manor, Eastbourne which is well under construction and set to open in April 2026, and we are now recruiting for key positions to ensure the smooth opening of the home.

The Role:
We are currently recruiting a General Manager for Saltwater Manor to take overall responsibility and manage all aspects in the day-to-day running of the home. You will promote a caring environment which provides Residents with a high standard of specialised personal care, meeting individual needs and ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity, and rights to privacy, independence and choice are met.
