With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.
Job Advert Role Description
We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of Night Support Workers (Bank) at The Moorings in Poole.
The Moorings is a specialist learning disability service that provides assessment and a range of high quality, specialist services to 5 individuals with learning disabilities, who may at times present behaviours that challenge.
Some of the individuals supported at The Moorings also have communication difficulties and other conditions such as epilepsy and autism.
Providing waking night support to all our residents. Tasks include preparing snacks, support to get ready for bed, to include personal care, administering medication as required. Completing records to a high standard. attending to any required needs through the night for all of our residents.
