Senior Residential Property / Lettings Administrator Bradford Part Time

We are a well established Property Management Company managing properties owned by other Companies in our Group. We have £40 million pounds worth of property turning over £4 million of rents per year.
Role Overview
We need a very experienced Property / Lettings Administrator to work with our team of 11 staff (and counting) to ensure our back office systems are kept up to date and all tasks required are carried out.
We operate in 4 offices throughout the North West and Yorkshire via an online office and various software apps. We are expecting to use a variety of new apps and in particular Ai based software systems in the near future in response to the challenges of the Renters Rights Bill
This would be an ideal job for a very experienced person who now wants to work part time in a role that is primarily desk based, requires no selling, does not involve actually carrying out the work (although with the ability to do so if required and in order to be able to supervise those who are) and who enjoys dealing with administration and gets satisfaction from getting details right.
Working with our CEO your key responsibilities will be to :
* Ensure our Excel Master Database and related spreadsheets are kept up to date
* Monitor work deadlines and ensure they are met
* Keep our Office Bible updated with current procedures
* Assist our Admin staff to deal with problems that arise from time to time
* Spot errors, omissions and problems in the work processes and fix them
* Ensure work is allocated fairly between different members of staff using our Work Allocation Spreadsheet
* Contribute to the development of new systems in response to changing rules and regulations
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in residential lettings/property management / administration
* ARLA / Property mark qualification preferred but not essential
* Strong leadership and team management skills in dealing with staff
* Excellent knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance
* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities
* Attention to detail and the ability to keep control of a detailed To Do list
* Tech-savvy with experience using property software (e.g., Alto, Reapit, or similar)
