We have an exciting opportunity for a highly detailed and exceptional Service Administrator to join our successful service team at our London North Hire & Visitor Centre, working in a positive, fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide administrative support in the delivery and management of service tasks, ensuring effective cost and programme control at all times.
As a Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with the coordination and control of allocations, working within planned costs and agreed timescales.
* Providing efficient after-sales service to customers, including the Divisional rectification process.
* Producing Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Drawings, and Delivery Schedules on a task-specific basis.
* Using internal systems (SAP and others) to identify issues, record, and analyze costs.
* Supporting the Service Manager in processing timesheets for hourly-paid colleagues.
* Ensuring all Portakabin products are dispatched in line with Visual Quality Standards and IAuditor software.
* Controlling building terminations, including reports and damage charges where applicable.
* Managing Hire Division stock, including 'as is' drawings for all stock buildings.
Essential criteria for our Service Administrator:
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, works at pace, self-starter, confident, and reliable.
* Excellent listening, consultation, and proactive communication skills.
* Ability to accept and tackle demanding goals with enthusiasm.
* Gathering comprehensive information to support decision-making.
* Monitoring performance against deadlines and milestones.
* Working systematically, methodically, and in an orderly manner.
* Previous experience in strong administrative roles, such as service administrator, administrator, or business support.
