About the Role

Due to contract expansion, we are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative here in our Darlington branch. As a Multi Skilled Operative your main duties will include repairs and refurbishment activities to our occupied accommodation properties delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards. The main role will be to complete general repairs on homes including changing doors, taps, baths and fixing radiators. The successful candidate will be completing varied property maintenance tasks and carrying out property inspections.
Role Criteria:
1. NVQ level 2 in a core trade
2. Experience and knowledge in 2 other trades including Joinery
3. Excellent communication
4. Team player and ability to work alone
5. Flexible and willing to travel
