Responsibilities
* Gain insights into the group and business strategies, participate in medium- to long-term planning, align sales objectives and strategy formulation, undertake performance targets, and develop personal action plans.
* Analyze the regional market and customers, explore new territories, develop new business opportunities, evaluate information, and contribute strategic insights.
* Formulate customer strategies, address pain points, innovate business models, acquire new clients, and establish and maintain customer relationships.
* Communicate customer needs to achieve sales, follow up on customer project onboarding, and meet sales targets.
* Coordinate resources to ensure smooth processes, advance project management, refine delivery and payment collection, and handle process exceptions.
