As they enter an exciting new phase, they’re looking to expand their team within their Solihull branch and are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales &; Lettings Negotiator.

Sales and Lettings Negotiator Package
* £26,500 basic salary
* Uncapped commission – OTE of £35,000
* Quarterly and annual bonuses, including an annual loyalty bonus
* 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Free on-site parking
Your Role as Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
* As a Sales &; Lettings Negotiator, you’ll work across both disciplines in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.
* You’ll be responsible for:
* Arranging and conducting property viewings
* Negotiating sales and tenancy agreements
* Matching applicants with suitable properties based on their needs
* Supporting clients through the full process, from initial enquiry to move-in
* Managing necessary admin and compliance documentation
* Registering new applicants and maintaining accurate records
* Acting as a key point of contact for buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors
What We’re Looking For from our Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
* Previous experience in sales, lettings, or both
* A strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
* Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
* Recent property industry experience is desirable
