We're looking for a NEC Planner to join our Highways team based in Brixworth, Northamptonshire. In this role you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects and the long-term maintenance contract that have a lasting impact on communities.

Location: Brixworth, Northamptonshire – travel to the office required with some remote working available
Hours: Permanent Fulltime 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per year + benefits
What will you be responsible for?
As an NEC Planner within the Major Projects team, you will play a key role in developing detailed programmes, tracking progress, identifying potential risks, and ensuring the effective delivery of construction and maintenance activities.
Your day to day will include:
* Develop, manage, and refine detailed project schedules aligned to project objectives and key milestones
* Contribute to the planning, phasing, coordination and sequencing for tenders and live projects, incorporating design, procurement, and pre-construction activities into logic-linked programmes
* Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to drive engagement and secure commitment to delivery plans
* Ensure full compliance with NEC4 contractual requirements and programme submissions

* Proven experience in planning major highways infrastructure projects within NEC4 contract environments
* Ability to produce, manage, and analyse complex, logic-linked programmes
* Experience in scheduling risks and impacts of change, providing clear mitigation strategies and supporting contract compliance
