Role details: * Position: Female Team Leader * Hours: 36 hours per week * Pay: £14.00 per hour * Split role: Approx. 8 hours admin per week, remaining hours working on shift alongside the staff team * Type of service: Residential home (maximum 12 service users) * Client group: Younger adults with learning disabilities * Care needs include: Autism, challenging behaviour, epilepsy, Down syndrome, schizophrenia, and mental health needs This role is ideal for someone confident in leading shifts, supporting staff, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.
