Your week: 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 9am 5:15pm)
Location: Hybrid, with a weekly presence in either ourPeterborough, Rushden,Bostonor Milton Keynes office
Snapshot of your role Lead and support the team tomonitorcontractor performance, ensuring quality,timelinessand value, and address any underperformance promptly.
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of all contract administration and reporting data, continually improving auditing and reporting processes.
Extract and analyse data from core systems to support contract management and informed decision-making.
Support budget forecasting,monitoringand control, recommending remedial action where needed.
Ensure services meet customer and stakeholder expectations, with clear communication andtimelyresponses to enquiries and escalations.
Oversee sensitive and robust complaint handling, using feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Promote collaborative working across teams while ensuring health, safety and risk management requirements are met.
Lead by example to manage team performance, uphold consistent standards and representAmpliuswith internal and external stakeholders.
Your toolkit for success Solid knowledge of repairs and maintenance in social housing, including health,safetyand risk compliance.
Experience leading remote teams and managing performance effectively.
Ability to interpret data toidentifyrisks,opportunitiesand performance trends.
Skilled in managing resources and budgets to deliver cost-effective, customer-focused services.
Able to engage and empower colleagues, leadchangeand work flexibly with empathy forAmplius aims.
