F-Gas Refrigeration Engineer F-Gas Refrigeration Engineer – Commercial Refrigeration - Field-Based Role – Shropshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire & North Wales - Competitive Salary Overtime (1.5x) £100 Callout Bonus Pension 25 Days Holiday The Job: Are you an experienced F-Gas qualified Refrigeration Engineer looking for a varied field-based role? This is an opportunity to join a well established engineering business providing commercial refrigeration service, maintenance and installation across the region. You’ll play an important role in ensuring refrigeration systems are running efficiently and reliably for customers. If you enjoy hands on engineering, problem solving and working independently out in the field, this role offers genuine day to day variety. You’ll be responsible for: - Servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial refrigeration systems and associated equipment - Installing and commissioning refrigeration units and cooling systems - Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults - Carrying out preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently - Ensuring F-Gas compliance and appropriate certification is completed - Supporting customers with system improvements and efficiency optimisation The Candidate: - F-Gas qualified (Category 1 preferred) or working towards it - Experienced in commercial refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical engineering - Skilled in fault finding, brazing, soldering, and electrical testing (up to 415v) - Practical, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field - Customer-focused with a strong work ethic and attention to detail The Package: - Competitive salary DOE - Overtime paid at 1.5x rate £100 callout bonus - Monday–Friday working pattern, 40 hours per week - 1 in 3 on-call rota (emergency call-outs only) - 25 days holiday (after qualifying period) - Company pension scheme - Opportunities for ongoing training and development Please email your CV to Grace Hartwell, Senior Delivery Recruitment Consultant, GHartwell@agriRS.co.uk.
