Subject to Joint Boarding process and sS Policies a vacancy will arise for a OF2 - OF3 to serve as Resilience Business Continuity Coordinator 2 at Northwood Headquarters on FTRS (LC) Terms and Conditions of Service (TaCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 01 Jun 26 or earlier if achievable. Unit Function Cyber & Specialist Operations Command Principal Security Advisor Team advise the Security Risk Owner (via the Senior Security Risk Coordinator) on the maintenance of protective security within the Lead Command (LC) against Terrorism, Espionage, Sabotage, Subversion and organised crime. The Principal Security Advisor Team does this by providing governance, managing security risks, delivering assurance, conducting investigations and coordinating resilience risks across the LC. Position Role CSOC Resilience & Business Continuity Coordinator 2 (Res & BC) supports the CSOC Resilience Lead in embedding and promoting Resilience by conducting assurance activity across the LC. Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely completion of LC and SubCommand quarterly returns iaw with the LC Holding to Account and LC Policies. Monitor and map resilience maturity from SubCommands with dip tests and completion of H2A cycle and returns Ensure compliance with bespoke assurance tools (ICAR/ARMS) and identifying lessons to drive resilience improvements Ensure coherence to BC Management System returns iaw MOD (i.e. JSP503), CSOC and UK Resilience Frameworks and International standards Maintain clear documentation and evidence of improvements, including readiness benefits and risk reduction achieved through assurance Assist accurate, timely and updated information input to LC governance and assurance and holding to account Assist review and update CSOC Res Policy documentation Undertake other duties as delegated by the LC Res Lead and/or PSYA CSOC
