An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Oracle EBS Change Lead to join a leading global organisation undergoing a significant transformation across its finance and procurement systems. Youll be responsible for leading and delivering Oracle E-Business Suite change initiatives, managing projects end-to-end, and ensuring high-quality delivery across Finance, Procurement and Projects modules. Working alongside functional and technical experts, youll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to drive effective Oracle EBS enhancements and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Lead the change portfolio across Oracle EBS (R12) Manage and deliver EBS-related change projects end-to-end Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to design and implement solutions Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications Support the BAU and project teams with EBS configuration and documentation Skills & Experience: Strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS R12 (iProc, iExp, PO, AP, AR, GL, FA, PA, OTL) Proven track record delivering change or transformation projects within Oracle environments Good understanding of finance processes and accounting principles Technical exposure to SQL, PL/SQL, and data/setup migration Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
