At FitzRoy Supported Living in Stalham, we support 6 adults with learning disabilities and autism to live the lives they choose. We’re looking for kind, caring, and reliable people to join our friendly team — no two days are the same, but every day matters.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll support people in ways that work for them, including:
6. Supporting independence, choice, and control
7. Helping people take part in activities they enjoy
8. Providing personal care in a respectful, person-centred way
9. Building trusting, positive relationships
10. Supporting people to live full, meaningful lives in their community

What you’ll need
18. A full driving licence (essential)
19. Willingness to drive accessible vehicles
20. Flexibility to work alternate weekends
