Role Summary
We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support our MSK department in a varied and busy role. You'll be responsible for managing enquiries, processing referrals, and scheduling physiotherapy appointments.
Main duties and Responsibilities
* Assist with scheduling and co-ordinating physio referrals out to third party clinics
* Provide updates on ongoing Occupational Health cases and share relevant information
* Diary management and assist with scheduling appointments for Occupational Health services
* Approving invoices
* Effectively service customer enquiries through telephone and email
* Managing shared inbox
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Required for the Role
* Administration experience
* Experience dealing with customers over the telephone
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to multitask
* Good IT / PC skills including spreadsheets
