Key Responsibilities:
* Transaction Handling: Manage residential property cases (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers) ensuring timely progression
* Client Engagement: Maintain clear communication with clients and third parties to ensure smooth completions
* Compliance & Risk: Ensure all work is compliant with regulatory standards, AML checks, and firm policies
* Operational Excellence: Contribute to process review and refine workflows for better efficiency
* Collaboration: Liaise with colleagues to raise standards and deliver consistent service
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
* Proven track record of managing your own caseload independently
* Strong attention to detail and risk-based approach
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Comfortable working remotely with digital case management systems
