This role is ideal for someone with prior ASD experience who understands the importance of structure, consistency, and positive relationships in supporting pupil progress. About the Role Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo, you will support the pupil both academically and emotionally, helping them access learning and build confidence within the classroom environment.
