Are you a strategic sales leader ready to shape the future of residential channel sales across the UK & Ireland? My client are looking for a dynamic Channel Director to lead, inspire, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
As Channel Director, you’ll be at the forefront of residential sales strategy—developing and executing plans that align with broader business goals. You’ll lead a team of four direct reports and 18 within their teams, driving performance, innovation, and growth.
Your role will include:
* Owning and delivering the channel budget and Annual Operating Plan
* Leading customer acquisition and retention strategies
* Negotiating high-value contracts and building long-term partnerships
* Launching new products into the channel and maximising revenue opportunities
* Championing a high-performance culture across your team
* Representing the business externally in an ambassadorial capacity

Essential Experience:
* Graduate calibre with strong leadership credentials
* P&L accountability and successful delivery
* Experience in complex, matrixed organisations

* Industry experience in construction, plumbing & heating brands, or specification-led environments
