Company Overview Lazard Plumbing, Heating, and Gas is a specialised plumbing contractor providing premium installations and maintenance services to residential and commercial properties in East London, Havering and Essex area. We are currently looking for Domestic Experienced Plumber to help with emergency work and pre-booked repairs jobs, installations, pipefitting, bathrooms and underfloor heating work. Standard hours 5 days a week 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday mainly but some weekends may be needed Start date as soon as possible following a (paid) trial day PLUMBER - DOMESTIC FIELD We are looking for a person that genuinely possesses the following traits; Cares about the work you are doing. Loves to be organised, prepare your work in advance, and do whatever it takes to get the job done You have a positive CAN-DO ATTITUDE and be self-motivated You are an expert in domestic plumbing works People Skills Empathetic and good listener Good communicator DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES You will be attending pre-booked appointments and have a team that manages your diary Perform repairs and installations as per schedule and job description to a very high standard Liaise with clients to plan jobs and explain any queries. Use of company app to update the stage of the job and upload pictures KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Pipefitting up to 35mm Bathroom plumbing installations Central heating installations Underfloor heating installations SKILLS Clear communicator Problem-solving High attention to detail BEHAVIOURS Positive can-do attitude Enjoy working as part of a team Be self-motivated Be self-confident ESSENTIAL Minimum 5-years experience in domestic plumbing Clean full UK or EU driving license NVQ Qualification BENEFITS Standard hours 5 days a week 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday mainly but some weekends may be needed £170 - £200 daily rate -dependent on experience Van with petrol card or petrol allowance. Engineers receives £10 for every 5-star review a client is leaving online for a job that they have done. Please note this is a self-employed contract
