An established company are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team to oversee the day-to-day running of their Facilities Management operationsensuring excellent service delivery across client sites.
Responsibilities as Business Development Manager:
1. To improve market position and achieve financial growth
2. Define long-term organisational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions
3. Find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future
4. Assist in managing existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive
5. Develop a rapport with new clients, and provide support that will continually improve the relationship to organically grow the business
6. To look for opportunities to develop the service and business
