Heating Services Administrator Temporary (3 Months) | Warrington | Immediate Start
Looking to earn some extra cash for Christmas? Finished uni for the holidays and want to gain valuable office experience?
We have an exciting temporary opportunity to join our team in Warrington as a Heating Services Administrator.
This role is primarily data input and administrative support, helping to keep our operations running smoothly during our busiest season.
What you’ll do:
* Maintain accurate administration processes and ensure deadlines are met
* Support the Heating Services team with data entry, scheduling and customer updates
* Liaise with customers and internal teams to match resources with service requirements
* Provide excellent customer service over the phone and by email
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
* Experience in an administrative or customer service role
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
* A team player who’s motivated, resilient and results-focused
* Ability to prioritise, problem-solve and stay calm under pressure
