Job Description Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our team. The Production Operative will be responsible for carrying out various tasks within the production and packing process to ensure products meet quality standards in a safe and efficient manner. Pay: £12.90ph Days: Monday to Friday Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner Monitor the production process and perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Package finished products according to specific guidelines and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to health and safety regulations Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to the appropriate supervisor Qualifications Proven experience in a production or packing environment Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Good understanding of quality control principles and practices Strong attention to detail and accuracy Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as required Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures Day-to-day The Production Operative will spend their days operating machinery, monitoring the production process, conducting quality checks, and packaging finished products. They will work closely with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment while following standard operating procedures and adhering to health and safety regulations.
