Priory Hospital Bristol is looking to recruit a Quality and Compliance Administrator. This is a full‑time role of 37.5 hours a week, based on‑site at Priory Hospital Bristol.

Responsibilities
* Support a patient safety culture and promote learning from incidents and complaints
* Support investigations and reviews, including serious incidents, thematic reviews, whistleblowing and complaints, ensuring reports are submitted within stipulated timescales and in accordance with policies
* Monitor patient experience across the site, review themes, and support changes to practice and policy in response to this
* Work with the Senior Management Team to review service improvement plans, quality performance indicators, and assist in establishing an agreed set of objectives with SMART measures
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and a background in a similar role within the healthcare sector. They will demonstrate excellent communication skills and provide first‑class customer service at all times. Strong organisational and time‑management abilities are essential, along with the ability to manage diaries and coordinate tasks within tight schedules. The candidate should be comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, and should have experience or understanding of audit processes and maintaining accurate records.
