Domestic Considerations: Incumbent will be expected to remain in post for a minimum of 3 years. Place of work is Pers Admin Branch, Andover. Role requires a minimum of 3 days (60%) in office in Andover per week. Would be expected to present F2F on cses at Worthy Down and briefs online and across the country. Position Role: Support the operation, generation and assurance of the Mil Pers Admin Apprenticeship standards in line with the Army Apprenticeship Programme (AAP). Responsibilities: 1. Securing strong relationships with all Apprenticeship Stakeholders at the operational level, in support of AGC(SPS) Branch Strategy to professionalise its people. 2. Coordinate and organise meetings, working groups and steering groups with apprenticeship stakeholders to monitor and track progress of apprentices and the wider programme. 3. Scrutinise, investigate and action all suspensions, withdrawals and Functional Skills attempts beyond the funded threshold. 4. Manage, coordinate and prioritise PPEDs for smooth and timely completion in line with revised completion timelines stipulated in the Individual Learning Plan (ILP). 5. Working alongside the SP and EPA organisations, conduct internal assurances and unit visits to improve programme delivery and performance. 6. Contribute to wider branch aims and objectives, delivering briefs and training to assist with and promote the AAP and apprentice, CoC and wider branch knowledge. 7. Work in accordance with the Department of Education (DfE), AAP and supporting agencies funding rules for employer providers. This will include using appropriate data, learner satisfaction surveys and reports provided related to Army training and SP provision which supports Apprenticeship delivery. 8. Deputise for SO2 SPS Apprenticeship where required.
