Retail Store Assistant (Keyholder)
Salary: £12.71 per hour plus benefits

Hours: 6 – Sundays only

Responsibilities
* Oversee the running of the shop on a Sunday, including keyholder responsibilities (training provided).
* Support a talented and diverse team of volunteers.
* Assist the wider shop team in achieving sales and fundraising targets.
* Review and process donated goods and new stock.
* Generate creative ideas to help generate new income, with guidance from the Shop Manager.
* Provide customer service to ensure customers and supporters feel welcome and appreciated.
* Maintain shop standards regarding safeguarding, compliance and health & safety.
* Perform a varied amount of manual handling and physical activity required within day-to-day duties.
Qualifications
* Working knowledge of what makes great customer service.
* Experience working in a lively and vibrant environment.
* Adaptability in changing situations and ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
* Commercial awareness.
* Strong relationship building and communication skills.
* Flexibility – willingness to work on a rota basis to cover the needs of the business.
* Willings to undergo a satisfactory basic DBS check.
