The Role
As a PSHE Teacher, you will deliver engaging and meaningful lessons across KS3 and KS4, covering topics such as mental health, relationships, citizenship, and personal development.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Teaching PSHE across KS3 and KS4
2. Delivering lessons on wellbeing, relationships, safeguarding, and life skills
3. Creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment
4. Supporting students’ emotional development and resilience
5. Planning differentiated lessons to meet a range of abilities
6. Contributing to whole-school pastoral and wellbeing initiatives
7. Working collaboratively with pastoral teams and teaching staff

Requirements
To be considered for this PSHE Teacher role, you will need:
13. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
14. Experience teaching PSHE or related subjects at KS3 and/or KS4
15. Strong understanding of safeguarding, wellbeing, and student support
16. Confident classroom management and communication skills
17. A compassionate and professional approach
18. Eligibility to work in the UK
19. A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
This role is suitable for experienced teachers, ECTs, or candidates with a background in pastoral or citizenship education.
