Supervises:
1. Tax Compliance Supervisor
2. Tax Accountant Assistant
Pay Range:$115k to $125k annualsalary.
Job Summary:
3. Lead and manage the Tax Department Team.
4. Oversee tax strategy, planning, and reporting, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and international tax laws while minimizing tax liabilities.
5. Lead, review, andmanagethemonthlySales &Use tax reporting, and payment process fortheStonebridgeportfolio of hotels.
6. Ensure tax compliance in alljurisdictions andlead the research process for new opportunities/projects.
7. Manage the Avalara relationship, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
8. Work closely with legal department to ensure Licenses & Permits compliance.
9. Assist in Corporate Income Tax quarterly preparation asneeded.
10. Assist in Hotel Tax Audits asneeded.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:
15. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
16. Minimum 5 years of Tax related experience, Hospitality experiencepreferred.
17. International Tax Compliance experiencepreferred.
18. Familiarity and experience with Avalarapreferred.
19. Understanding of GAAP
