We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Downend looking for a Year 5 teacher to join them after May half term, through to the end of the summer term, with the potential to continue into the next academic year.
This is a full class teaching role, so you’ll have the space to really make it your own, build relationships, shape learning, and see the impact you’re making every day.

* Start: After May half term
* Contract: Full-time until summer, with scope to extend
* Pay: Paid to scale, depending on experience
* Requirement: Enhanced child-only DBS on the Update Service

What we’re looking for
* UK QTS (or equivalent)
* Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 5
* Someone who can hit the ground running and build rapport quickly
* A positive, calm presence in the classroom, with strong behaviour management

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
