We are seeking an experienced and motivated Social Media marketing and Sales Specialist to join our growing team working on either a self‑employed or employed basis.

This role will focus on developing and executing social media marketing strategies to engage customers, increase brand awareness and drive sales opportunities. Responsibilities
* Develop and implement social media strategies to support business objectives, including content creation, posting, and community management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and others.
* Create and promote content that highlights company projects, expertise, and industry insights.
* Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with customers and industry partners online.
* Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media to generate leads and drive sales.
* Analyse and report on social media performance, using data to adjust strategies and optimize reach and engagement.
* Develop innovative ways to showcase completed projects, in‑progress work, and behind‑the‑scenes content to build credibility and excitement around our brand.
* Assist with sales‑related tasks, such as lead follow‑ups, customer inquiries, and nurturing leads through digital channels.
* Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Requirements
* Proven experience in social media marketing, ideally with a focus on construction, or a related industry.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and social advertising.
* Experience with graphic design tools and social media management tools.
* Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
* Sales experience or interest in sales‑related activities is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the construction industry or a related field.
