You will be responsible for maintaining quality, monitoring and improving financial performance where possible, and identifying any growth opportunities for new or existing homes in the area.
You will also maintain and support positive relationships with commissioners, families and other external stakeholders, keeping them informed on organisational updates and ensuring the people we support are receiving the very best care.
