Sales Person – Norwich Reepham Road branch, part‑time role of 24 hours per week.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build connections with customers in person, over the phone, and in the branch or yard, providing expert advice.
- Create tailored solutions – preparing quotes, following up on enquiries, and developing leads.
- Maintain smooth operations by managing essential admin efficiently.
- Offer guidance using up‑to‑date product knowledge to help customers find the best materials.
- Enhance the shopping experience by maintaining well‑stocked, inviting displays.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the branch, including yard and counter sales, to support the team.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous customer service experience; sales experience or knowledge of building materials is a bonus.
- Strong time‑keeping, natural organisation and clear communication skills.
- Enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a customer‑focused approach.
- Adaptability to deliver a positive, personalised experience for each customer.
