Job Description

We are looking for a Sales and Leads Consultant to join our team in North Wales! Fantastic competitive salary plus commission! This is a permanent, full time position. You will work 40 hours across 5 days and will include weekend and bank holidays. Office base will be New Pines, however flexibility will be required to travel to other resorts if the business requires. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business. Full details regarding commission will be discussed upon application.

About The Role


Main responsibilities

* Work towards monthly and yearly targets
* Hit daily targets to create sales opportunities
* Manage North Wales sales leads coming into the system and direct them to the appropriate park
* Make appointments from our database for all North Wales parks alongside the sales teams
* Manage and contact South & Lakes leads to make appointments
* Take incoming enquiries via the phones and manage accordingly
* Work closely with the marketing manager on marketing strategy, customer contact via social media & other platforms
* Fulfil brochure requests for all parks (digital or hard copy)
* Create progress reports via our elite system for Group Head of Sales
* Organise text campaigns for new business leads and owners
* Demonstrate stock to New Business and any owner enquiries
* Handle any sales visits via the process (full training given)


Requirements

We are looking for someone with a proven track record and experience in creating and managing sales opportunities and being measured against specific goals and driving revenue. A driving licence is essential to travel to other parks where necessary. Trained in finance compliance is preferred.

Skills Needed


Required Criteria

* Right to live and work in the UK
* Excellent customer service and strong communication


Desired Criteria

* A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort
* Previous sales experience would be an advantage
* Previous experience within a similar environment is preferred
