We’re looking for a motivated and organised Transport Supervisor to lead a team of drivers, manage vehicle operations, and maintain a smooth-running transport function at our Nottingham branch.
What you’ll be doing:
* Coordinating and overseeing transport operations, ensuring accurate that get to our customers on time
* Supporting, monitoring and communicating with drivers to keep things running efficiently
* Carrying out and recording vehicle safety and maintenance checks in line with company and legal standards
* Maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external contacts across the supply chain
* Managing health and safety practices to ensure a safe and tidy working environment
* Ensuring branch policies and compliance standards are met
