Job Overview:
This is a unique Executive Assistant role that goes beyond traditional support, combining high-level executive partnership with internal communications and colleague engagement.
Working closely with the UK Co-Managing Directors, you’ll play a central role in helping bring the company’s mission and vision to life — supporting senior leaders while shaping clear, engaging communications that keep colleagues informed, connected and inspired across the international Damartex Group.
The role merges executive support and internal communications. One day you might be managing complex diaries, preparing board-level material or coordinating leadership events; the next, you’ll be crafting leadership updates, supporting change communications or helping deliver impactful colleague briefings and engagement activities.
If you’re someone who thrives at the heart of a business, enjoys building strong relationships, and takes pride in combining organisation and judgement to strengthen culture and performance, this role offers real variety, visibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact.
Skills & Experience:
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who brings strong judgement, discretion and organisational skills, with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders in a complex, fast-paced environment. You’ll be confident acting as a trusted partner and gatekeeper, anticipating needs, managing priorities and producing high-quality materials for leadership and board-level meetings. You’ll be calm under pressure, highly organised and comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders, including international teams.
Alongside this, you’ll have experience or a strong interest in internal communications and colleague engagement. You’ll be an excellent written communicator, able to translate complex or sensitive information into clear, engaging messages on behalf of leaders. With a genuine people-focused mindset, you’ll help support change, culture and engagement initiatives, using thoughtful communication, storytelling and strong relationships to keep colleagues informed, connected and inspired.
