Your responsibilities as Account Manager
Manage a portfolio of established customers following implementation and deployment
Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing support and relationship management
Monitor engagement levels and account performance to support retention and continued success
Gather customer feedback and usage insights to support product and service improvements
Identify opportunities to increase system adoption and expand service utilisation
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for in an Account Manager
Previous experience in account management, customer success or client services
Experience within a technology, software, SaaS or solutions-based environment
Strong communication skills across phone, email and face-to-face interactions
Experience using CRM systems, business software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple customer priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
