About the School
Our school caters to 205 incredible young people, from Reception to Year 11 (ages 4-19), all with special educational needs. We support children with:
Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
Physical and Mobility Difficulties
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting pupils with complex needs to access learning and life skills
Assisting with mobility and personal care where needed
Helping create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
Collaborating closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support
Being ready to jump into the driver’s seat when it comes to transporting pupils or resources across the site
What We’re Looking For
A valid driving license is an absolute must
Experience working with children or young people with SEN is highly desirable
An Enhanced DBS on the update service is highly preferable
Patience, empathy, and a fantastic sense of humor — because every day is an adventure here!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
